About the Author Laura Norman spends her summers near the west shore in Lake Tahoe. Over the past five years, she's explored every inch of the lake on her Tahoe SUP paddleboard. We plan to visit Lake Tahoe this summer, and I will definitely plan to bring Laura Norman's Paddleboard Guide with us. The wonderful thing about it is that she gives advice that is great for both beginners and advanced paddleboarders. I also appreicated the detail about each paddle including whether or not there is food available, rest rooms, parking and boat traffic. A must read for anyone planning to travel to Lake Tahoe!

It offers a range of suggested paddles as well as clear directions as to how to access them. It also offers helpful advise on bathrooms, parking and even paddleboard rentals for those who don't own one. I paddled out of the South Shore for the first time and it was great to see a new perspective of the Lake.

A must have for paddle boarders By J&S Maeder I bought a paddle board in Tahoe a few years back and have enjoyed the popular paddle out of Commons Beach. Laura's book has completely opened my eyes to all the amazing launch spots around the lake. Her research is thorough and immensely helpful when venturing out on new adventures. This book is a must-have for anyone who wants to discover the numerous hidden gems of beaches and communities tucked away on this gorgeous lake.
