About the Author Joe Bob Newman was born in 1947 and grew up in west Texas. He has been writing mystery and fiction books since 1982. He has several books published. His thirty five year career has been in writing technical documents for the defense industry. By profession he is a mechanical engineer P.E. (Retired). He lives in Arlington, TX, with his beautiful wife Linda and his loving Mother-in-Law. He is surrounded by a whole passel of Grand Kids.
